Disparate quotes 1

"...WTC 7 collapsed rapidly and symmetrically - even though fires were randomly scattered in the building. WTC 7 fell seven hours after the Towers [1 and 2] collapsed, even though no major persistent fires were visible. There were twenty-four huge steel support columns inside WTC 7 as well as huge trusses, arranged asymmetrically, along with approximately 57 perimeter columns. (FEMA, 2002, chapter 5)
A symmetrical collapse, as observed, evidently requires the simultaneous 'pulling' of most or all of the support columns.
The Second Law of Thermodynamics implies that the likehood of complete and symmetrical collapse due to random fires as in the 'official' theory is small, since asymmetrical failure is so much more likely. On the other hand, a major goal of controlled demolition using explosives is the complete and symmetrical collapse of buildings...thermite , RDX and other commonly-used explosives can readily slice through steel...and reach the required temperatures...the... published observations are consistent with the use of the high-temperature thermite reaction..." Steven Jones, Ph.D.

(thermite - World Book definition: "A mixture of powdered aluminum and the oxide of one or more chemically weak metals, usually iron, that produces an extremely high temperature when ignited; used in welding and in incendiary bombs."

9-11 PRESS RELEASE

Scholars Repudiate Official Version of 9/11
Scholars claim government's account violates laws of physics and engineering.
(PRWEB) January 27, 2006 -- An influential group of prominent experts and scholars have joined together alleging that senior government officials have covered up crucial facts about what really happened on 9/11. The members of this new non-partisan association, "Scholars for 9/11 Truth" (S9/11T), are convinced their research proves the current administration has been dishonest with the nation about events in New York and Washington, D.C.

These experts contend that books and articles by members and associates have established that the World Trade Center was almost certainly brought down by controlled demolitions and that the available relevant evidence casts grave doubt on the official story about the attack on the Pentagon. They believe that the government not only permitted 9/11 to occur but may even have orchestrated these events to facilitate its political agenda.

The society includes U.S. and international faculty and students of history, science, military affairs, psychology, and even philosophy. According to its spokesmen, S9/11T represents a concerted effort to uphold the standards of truth and justice and to strengthen democracy in this nation, which has taken a terrible hit in the aftermath of 9/11, when "everything changed." Its function is to bring scientific rigor to the study of 9/11 phenomena.

The members of this group are dedicated to exposing falsehoods and to revealing truths behind 9/11, "letting the chips fall where they may." The evidence has become sufficiently strong that they are speaking out. They are actively devoting themselves to reporting the results of their research to the public by means of lectures, articles, and other venues.

The society includes numerous notable professors and scholars, including:

• Morgan Reynolds, Texas A & M Professor Emeritus of Economics, former Chief Economist for the Department of Labor for President George W. Bush, and former Director of the Criminal Justice Center at the National Center for Policy Analysis

• Steven E. Jones, Professor of Physics, Brigham Young University, co-chair of S9/11T and the creator of its home page and its forum

• Robert M. Bowman, former Director of the U.S. "Star Wars" Space Defense Program in both Republican and Democratic administrations, a former senior Air Force Colonel with 101 combat missions, who is also a Catholic Archbishop

• Lloyd DeMause, Director of The Institute for Psychohistory, President of the International Psychohistorical Association and Editor of The Journal of Psychohistory

• James H. Fetzer, Distinguished McKnight University Professor of Philosophy at the University of Minnesota, Duluth, author or editor of more than 20 books and co-chair of S9/11T

• Daniele Ganser, Senior Researcher at the Center for Security Studies of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology

• Andreas Von Buelow, former assistant German defense minister, director of the German Secret Service, minister for research and technology, and member of Parliament for 25 years

The society, founded by Professors Fetzer and Jones, who serve as its co-chairs, is approaching 50 members to date. Fetzer, a philosopher of science, observed that the government's "official account" is not even physically possible, because it violates laws of nature. "What we have been told is fine," he said, "if you are willing to believe impossible things. Serious scholars don't believe in tooth fairies."

Beyond encouraging its members to vigorously express their concerns on this score through lectures, conferences, symposia, articles, and books as well as other access routes that publicize their findings, the society's initial activities, which are expected to increase in frequency and intensity, include the following projects and endeavors:

• Professor Jones is refining his influential analysis of the physics of the collapse of buildings at the World Trade Center.

• Professor Fetzer is editing a collection of new studies about 9/11 that will include contributions from the members of S9/11T.

• A major conference is being planned for this fall to further inform the American public about the group's most recent findings

Studies by the society's founders and by prominent theologian David Ray Griffin, who has taken a leading role in exposing false claims about 9/11, are accessible from the association's home page, www.ScholarsFor911Truth.org . Information for those who may want to join S9/11T can also be found there...

An Open Letter to the 9/11 Commission

Dear 9/11 Commissioners,

Abraham Lincoln once said, “A house divided against itself cannot stand." The United States is now divided on what it believes about September 11, 2001. A CNN poll conducted on March 25, 2006 revealed that 84% of the 52 thousand people polled now believe that the U.S. government has not thoroughly answered 9/11 questions. 84 percent!

Between May 12, 2006 and May 16, 2006, Zogby International conducted a nationwide poll pertaining to the government’s account of 9/11. Here are the results:

Bush exploited Sept. 11th attacks 44%

US government and 9/11 Commission are covering up 42%

9/11 should be reinvestigated 45%

I believe this government, our country, cannot endure permanently with tens of millions believing that the government is involved in a cover-up regarding September 11th 2001. The United States of America is divided. The division is so great that resolution must now be found. In my opinion, re-opening 9/11 is a matter of national defense. “Debate” is the answer. The National 9/11 Debate will be an outward sign of an inward desire to resolve the unanswered and persistent questions that remain about what really happened in the United States on September 11, 2001.

So what should patriotic Americans do with our grievances? We have called for a debate. Not just a few Americans want this debate - Tens of millions of Americans are demanding answers to be derived from a public - people’s forum. It is the enormity of those that oppose the government’s account of 9/11 that has prompted me to draw the line in the sand, to pick a date, time, and location to have a public debate on 9/11. I then sought out the most reputable and credentialed experts from the 9/11 Truth Movement to debate members of the 9/11 Commission and the NIST scientists.

The seven-member debate team that will dispute the government account of 9/11 is as follows:

Philip J. Berg, Esquire is a Former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, and the attorney for plaintiffs in 9-11 RICO Suit vs. Bush. His web site, 911forthetruth.com covers the RICO lawsuit against Bush, Cheney, and 53 other defendants in Federal Court.

James H. Fetzer a Distinguished McKnight University Professor of Philosophy at the University of Minnesota, Duluth, a former Marine Corps officer, the author or editor of 27 books, and founder and co-chairman of Scholars for 9/11 Truth.

David Ray Griffin is Professor Emeritus of Philosophy and Theology at the Claremont Graduate School, where he taught for over 30 years, retiring in 2004. He has authored or edited over thirty books, including "The New Pearl Harbor: Disturbing Questions About the Bush Administration and 9/11" and “Christian Faith and the Truth Behind 9/11”.

Steven E. Jones is the co-chairman of Scholars for 9/11 Truth, a Professor of Physics at Brigham Young University, an expert in cold fusion and solar energy who earned his Ph.D. at Vanderbilt, and who has authored an influential study of the collapse of the Twin Towers (WTC-1, WTC-2).

George Nelson, Colonel, USAF (retired) is a trained aircraft accident investigator who served as an Aircraft Maintenance Manager for more than 30 years and who was assigned additional duties as a member of aircraft accident investigation teams for the United States Air Force.

Morgan Reynolds is a Professor Emeritus of Economics at Texas A&M. He is the former Chief Economist for the Department of Labor for President George W. Bush. He is also the former Director of the Criminal Justice Center at the National Center for Policy Analysis. In June 2005, Lew Rockwell published Reynolds’ article: Why Did the Trade Center Skyscrapers Collapse?

Judy D. Wood is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Clemson University with degrees in Civil Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, and Materials Engineering Science. Professor Wood teaches courses in the areas of engineering mechanics and experimental stress analysis.

If your initial reaction regarding The National 9/11 Debate was negative - to not participate, I ask you to please reconsider for the sake of the nation. I recognize that such a debate could put the government in a vulnerable position, but based on the polls, to ignore the fact that nearly half your countrymen are not satisfied with what the government has reported on 9/11 will only deepen the division that is destroying the United States of America. It is my belief that the lack of support for the War in Iraq is rooted in the fact that nearly half the nation doesn’t believe the 9/11 Commission Report. After all, if you believe that the World Trade Center Building Seven collapsed as the result of controlled demolition - which it did, then it is easier to believe that the twin towers were also brought down with the aid of pre-planted explosives. With such a belief intact, how can an American support the so-called global war on terrorism and the war in Iraq?

The problem can no longer be ignored. Please take a lead role in assembling a seven-member government debate team that will debate the aforementioned seven-member civilian debate team in Charleston, SC on September 16, 2006. This event will confirm truths, uncover truths, and beg for truths, and while it will not possibly be able to satisfy all people, it will go a long way to heal some open wounds of a troubled nation.

The National 9/11 Debate will receive national media attention. Don’t let there be seven empty seats with the names of the 9/11 Commissioners and NIST scientists pasted on them for the world to see. Let’s do this debate. Let’s get it done.

Yours in Liberty,

E.F. Haas

As Sept. 11 approaches, millions now reject the repetitious “remembrance” propaganda used to brainwash the public into accepting a perpetual “war on terrorism,” establishing tyrannical federal powers, based upon the 9/11 fiction that bin Laden’s hijackers (six reported alive) seized control with box cutters, flew 757s expertly, evading the most sophisticated defense system in the world, producing a “new Pearl Harbor.”
Original news and firefighters’ films (see “911 in Plane Site”) prove noncommercial “airliners” were used to attack, and definitive evidence of controlled demolition of the WTC (owner: Larry Silverstein; security: Marvin Bush).
Four coincidental “simulated air attack” war drills (Operation Vigilant Guardian), including “hijackings,” provided “cover” - piggybacking “9/11”!
The president’s own public testimony, twice, in separate town halls (Dec. 4, 2001, and Jan. 5, 2002, state: “outside the classroom I saw an airplane hit the [first] tower” on “a TV” - admissible evidence for any grand jury that arrangements were made for him to monitor the - unbroadcast - first strike!
“Islamic fundamentalists” gained nothing. Judeo-Masonic federalists gained their “catalyzing” pretext for “multiple, simultaneous major theater wars.”
Verdict?
“The 9/11 hijackings and damage to buildings were not the work of Arab terrorists, but carried out with the cooperation of elements in our government.” - Retired Col. George Nelson, U.S. Air Force.

Sirs [FBI],

This is a tip-off insofar as it draws your attention to publicly-available, corroborated, and incontrovertible (or, I believe in your terms 'hard') evidence, which could form the basis of an important investigation. I have reason to believe that such an investigation would in no way be a waste of the FBI's valuable time.

I refer you to respected physicist Prof. Steven E. Jones' paper on the subject of the collapses of the Towers on 11th September, 2001 (reference: http://www.physics.byu.edu/research/energy/htm7.html).

If you read Prof. Jones' paper, you will extract the following information which, in my opinion, needs to be investigated:

1) As a result of the collapses, pools of molten metal were discovered. You will also read approximate temperatures, indicated by colouring. It is well-known that as metals are heated their colouring changes, rendering (visibly) an approximation to their temperature. You will also find accurate infra-red temperature measurements obtained by means of satellites. Added to this aspect (i.e. the existence and temperatures of these pools) is their persistence, at Ground Zero, for weeks following the events.

2) Neither the original FEMA Investigation, nor the Independent 9/11 Commission, nor the National Institute of Standards and Technology (nor, indeed, articles in Popular Mechanics, etc.) have addressed this incontrovertible evidence in any way whatsoever.

Consequently none of these prior investigations has created a scientifically-conclusive description as to why the Towers collapsed, how they collapsed in the manner we all saw on television, and (most importantly) how these residual pools of molten metal could have been formed. And, furthermore, how the molten metal could have persisted for up to six weeks following the events.

I suggest that you should apply resources to create a definitive explanation, which takes all aspects into account, and considers all possibilities. I believe that the American people, especially the bereaved, deserve your fullest attention to this.

In addition to the foregoing, I understand the Mayor Giuliani was instrumental in arranging shipment of the metallic rubble, from the crime scene to overseas locations, before a serious and stringent forensic examination could be performed. I understand that the removal of evidence prior to a complete investigation is a Federal Crime. I presume that permission for this was given, and that it was done in order to facilitate rescue operations. However, in concert with others, I fail to understand why the rubble was not relocated to a secure location, so that it would remain available for forensic analysis.

I repeat, I believe such an investigation would in no way be a waste of the FBI's valuable time. I would not have sent this tip if I believed to the contrary. I am firmly convinced that a stringent investigation would elicit the following benefits:

a) As of June 5th, 2006, the FBI is on record(*) as admitting there is insufficient evidence to link Usama bin Laden and Al-Qaeda with the 9/11 atrocity. I believe that a scientifically-consistent explanation would conclusively rule out any such link once and for all.
(* Reference link: http://www.teamliberty.net/id267.html)

b) I firmly believe that a scientifically-consistent explanation would point the FBI clearly in the direction of the true perpetrators.

These are my reasons for supplying this tip. All that is necessary is to start with the evidence and work backwards, in the same manner that any crime is normally investigated. I believe I am in possession of documents that indicate this crime to be perfectly solvable, in particular the paper to which I initially referred you. To the best of my knowledge the City of New York has made no effort to investigate on the basis of the evidence I bring to your attention, and five years have passed in the meantime.

If this tip-off is not followed up it might suggest to many, both inside the USA and elsewhere, that your organisation has been specifically directed NOT to solve these crimes, regardless of widespread awareness of these facts. For example, mainstream Italian TV is now debating the collapse of Building 7, and showing side-by-side comparisons with a known controlled demolition. Here is a reference:

I look forward to a positive response from you in this matter.

Yours faithfully (in the hope that justice is done, and seen to be done),

"It's true that Feinberg has never been appointed to any bench. But it's an easy mistake to make, given the unprecedented powers he's been given. As special master of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund, Feinberg is judge, jury, and exchequer. He alone puts a price tag on the nearly 3,000 lives lost in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks and on the physical injuries claimed by more than 4,000 people. Families get their checks from Feinberg in exchange for agreeing not to sue the airlines or the government. The average award so far is $1.8 million, and, as Feinberg frequently stresses, it's tax-free. There is no appropriation for the fund he administers; instead, Congress essentially gave him a US Treasury checkbook and told him to fill in the amounts as he sees fit. There is no appealing his decisions except to him.

"Ask any man: 'Are you a fool?'
He may want to fight.
But lets face it - we have an inordinate number of fools.
Imagine between 1914 and 2005 thugs have created wars and murdered millions.
Many of those conflicts were instigated by thugs who disagreed with each other. All that was needed to settle the matter, would have been to ask those few hoods to slug it out.
The citizen sends his son and daughter to die in the wars and never notice that the slick instigators never avenge their enemies by joining the soldiers on the battle-field.
And only a few query the reasons for the wars.
As far as many fools think - they are fighting for their country; but like the Hatfields and the McCoys, they cannot give three reasons why they fight." Whilimena

Cele Costello: "...I took an oath to defend my country and fight the war on drugs. When I realized the enemy was within our own government, I took the path of truth, trying to alert the American people...The end of my career with the DEA took place in El Salvador. One day, I received a cable from a fellow agent, saying to investigate possible drug smuggling by Nicaraguan Contras operating from the Ilopango Air Force Base...

I quickly discovered that the Contra pilots were, indeed, smuggling narcotics back into the United States - using the same pilots, planes and hangers that the Central Intelligence Agency and the National Security Council, under the direction of Lt. Col. Oliver North, used to maintain their covert supply operation to the Contras...

When Bush [G.H.W.] confronted me and then just walked away after I told him some of the evidence I had, it was obvious he knew what was going on and was involved in the illegal drug trade

...Basically they were running cocaine from South America to the U.S. via Salvador. That was how the Contras were able to get financial help. By going to sleep with the enemy down there. North's people and the CIA were at the two hangars overseeing the operations at all times...

In Honduras, I saw first hand how Negroponte and General Alvarez committed some of the worst human rights violations ever committed against humanity in the Western Hemisphere...

President Bush then appointed Negroponte as ambassador to Iraq with the "Salvador Option" in hand. The Salvador Option is a blue print of the Phoenix Program that was utilized in Vietnam. And know it is being implemented in Iraq...

... Bush has named Negroponte, as headhunter, Director of National Intelligence. He is now in charge of all intelligence including the Pentagon. God help us in saving our world...

I've risked my life to demonstrate what I believe to be real. And, that is that an armed struggle (with pen in hand) is in order for those who are struggling in keeping their freedom at home. I've now become a veteran of my third, and perhaps most dangerous war, the war against the criminals in my own government."

"We, ordinary Americans, can not trust the C.I.A. Inspector General to conduct a full investigation into the CIA or the DEA. Let me tell you why. When President Clinton (June, 1996) ordered The Intelligence Oversight Board to conduct an investigation into allegations that US Agents were involved in atrocities in Guatemala, it failed to investigate several DEA and CIA operations in which U.S. agents knew before hand that individuals (some Americans) were going to be murdered.

...Some people have asked, why I am doing this? A long time ago I took an oath to protect The Constitution of the United States and its citizens. In reality, it has cost me so much to become a complete human being, that I've lost my family.

...In 1995, I made a pilgrimage to the Vietnam Wall, where I renounced my Bronze Star in protest of the atrocities my government had committed in Central America. I have now become a veteran of my third, and perhaps most dangerous war --- a war against the criminals within my own Government.

...Heads have to roll for those who are responsible and still employed by the government. They will be the first targets in an effective drug strategy. If not, we will continue to have groups of individuals who will be beyond any investigation, who will manipulate the press, judges and members of our Congress, and still be known in our government as those who are above the law."

"...These men, from a phony moving company in Weehawken, N.J., turned out to be agents of Israeli military intelligence, Mossad. Furthermore, their "moving van" tested positive for explosives.
Dominic Suter, the Israeli owner of Urban Moving Systems, the phony "moving company," fled in haste, or was allowed to escape, to Israel before FBI agents could interrogate him. The Israeli agents were later returned to Israel on minor visa violations...
One of the Israeli agents later told Israeli radio that they had been sent to "document the event": the event which took the lives of some 3,000 Americans.
Despite the fact that the Israelis arrested in New Jersey evidently had prior knowledge or were involved in the planning of 9/11, the U.S. mainstream media has never even broached the question of Israeli complicity in the attacks..." Christopher Bollyn (04/10/2005)
